The M1 CLiC is a universal music controller. It has:
a. five digital inputs
b. three analog inputs
c. internet radio
d. streaming
The CLiC has both a fixed and a variable output. It also has trigger in and out.
The CLiC will operate from wireless or Ethernet.
Digital Inputs
At its heart, the CLiC has 24 bit 192 kHz reclocking up sampling DAC. It has very low noise, low jitter and excellent linearity.
The CLiC will accept the following formats:
FLAC (up to 24 bit/96 kHz)
WMA
AAC, HE-AAC
Real Audio
LPCM (up to 192 kHz)
Ogg Vorbis 1.0
The five digital inputs are configured as:
Digital ipod/iphone
Front panel USB; memory stick or USB disc drive
Two COAX (SP-DIFF up to 24 bit 192 kHz)
Optical (up to 24 bit 96 kHz)
The network connection can operate up to 24 bit 96 kHz depending on computer and network settings.
Analog Inputs
The analog inputs are pure analog. Analog from beginning to end.
Internet Radio
The internet radio uses the VTuner system. We have found this to be an excellent provider. The CLiC’s internet system is exceptionally fast. It has scroll-up and scroll-down facility. Also, when you hold either button for more than one second, it goes into fast forward mode. This enables the station to be found very quickly.
Large Full Colour Display
The CLiC displays, in full colour, the album artwork attached to the stored digit data. It can also display any JPEG pictures on the system.
The display is large, bright and clear. It is easily readable from about twelve feet.
